Replace original wood tie wall with a segmented cement block retaining wall and create a levelled area to facilitate the construction of a new covered patio and outdoor room

Summary:
A replacement wall for a 25-year-old wood-tie retaining wall was ordered as part of a larger renovation to construct a new outdoor living space. Due to the slopes of the property, we had to terrace the backyard to create the desired useable spaces. The wall ledge lighting will extend the usable time of the space well into the evenings during the spring, summer, and fall.
