Case Study 1: Front Yard Renovation
Client: North Delta Residence
Project Overview:
This client had been looking to update their front yard and to boost the curb appeal of their 35 year old home.
The Problem
Their property was looking tired – the mature cherry tree, rhododendrons and other shrubs had become overgrown and were in decline.
Additionally, the lawn area had become difficult to maintain. The client was wanting a low maintenance, visually interesting front yard that also provided privacy screening to the ground level rooms.
They were feeling frustrated as they had no workable plan and didn’t know where to start. It’s just plain wrong to stand in your yard and not be able to see a way forward. They reached out to our team for answers.
This Is Where We Come In:
At Huckeberry Landscape, we understand how frustrating it can be when your exterior spaces no longer bring you joy and you don’t have the time or energy to keep things looking their best. We have helped hundreds of homeowners re-imagine and re-engineer their exterior spaces.
Our Plan in 3 Easy Steps:
- We toured the property to see where the problems were and understand what the client was hoping for.
- We made recommendations and provided a path forward along with a detailed budget.
- Our team did all the work, from trimming and hauling away the refuse to building out the new green space.
The Result
The Client is thrilled with their new front yard and optimistic about the improved value of their property. All it took to get started was a phone call to book an on site meeting.
